Production tiling at scale. Same set-out on plot 1 and plot 201. Bathrooms, en-suites, cloakrooms, kitchen splashbacks, utility floors.
Wet rooms & accessibility
Fall-formed wet rooms to BS 5385-4. Slip-rated finishes for over-55 and adaptable plots. Built once, signed off first time.
External & terrace
Balcony terraces, roof gardens, communal entrance halls. Frost-rated porcelain on pedestal or bonded. Drainage detailing throughout.
